Minimum Requirements:
Candidates must have a Certificate II in Security Operations, a valid Security License, and a First Aid Certificate. You must be available for 20+ hours per week (ongoing, no casual positions), with the ability to work 4-12 hour shifts across 5-7 days. Strong customer service, conflict resolution, reliability, and excellent communication are essential, along with reliable transport and unlimited working rights in Australia.

Roles Available:
We have positions in healthcare, corporate, retail, loss prevention, mobile patrols, and events.

Key Responsibilities:
You will provide excellent customer service, liaise with police and emergency services, de-escalate situations, identify and resolve risks, deter theft, and report missing assets. You should be able to work both autonomously and as part of a team, prioritise tasks, and maintain ethical standards in decision-making. Strong physical capacity for patrolling and responding to incidents is required, along with a current First Aid certificate and intermediate computer skills.
